How to split orders in Foodics Black
Splitting orders might be a necessary process if your customers want to split the check between each other. In this guide, we will take a look at the steps that enables you to do so:
- Start a dine-in order, select the table, and begin adding the products to the order
- On the top menu, click on More > Split Order
- You can click on the product from Split 1 and move it to Split 2
- You have the ability to add a number of new splits and use the arrow keys near the name to navigate between different splits larger than 4.
- Once done, you will notice all the products in the main order that got moved into a new order (split) is marked with grey color. Furthermore on the top you will notice the number of splits (1 out of 6) with arrow keys to move to the next split of the order
- If you click on the arrows, you will navigate between the different orders. Each one will have its own Order # and can be paid separately from each other. Each one receiving their own invoice.
