Why Is the Pop-Up Not Appearing?
If the pop-up is not showing, it might be due to setup issues. Please follow the steps below to ensure it is created and configured properly.
1. Create the Pop-Up
First, make sure the pop-up is created following the standard steps: Click Here
2. Add the Pop-Up to the Application
After creating the pop-up, you need to add it inside the desired App (Application – Kiosk – Web) by following these steps:
Go to the Foodics Online Portal.
Navigate to Apps.
Click on View App.
Go to Pop-Up.
Select the desired pop-up.
Click Save.
Important Note:
Web: The pop-up will only appear once per device unless the cookies are deleted.
Application (App/Kiosk): The pop-up will appear every time the app is opened.
