How to Add Allergens in Foodics Online

Allergens do not automatically sync from the console to Foodics Online. You need to add them manually through the Foodics Online portal.

Steps to Add Allergens

1. Create New Allergens

   • Go to Settings → Allergens → New Allergens.

   • Add the allergens you want to use in your menu.

     

     

2. Assign Allergens to Menu Items

   • Go to Menu.

   • Click on the Category containing the item.

   • Click on the Item you want to edit.

   • Click on Allergens and select the allergens to assign.

     

Important Note

• If you are using a Free QR license but not the full license, you will not be able to add allergens to your menu.
