Online Payment Completed but Not Showing in cashier
Why is the Payment method Not Reflecting in the Cashier Even When the Client Has Paid Online?
If a client has completed payment online, but it is not showing on the cashier, the issue is likely due to integration settings between Foodics Online and the POS console.
Steps to Check and Fix the Integration
Go to the Foodics Online Portal
Navigate to Settings → Integration → Foodics F5 POS
Ensure that each online payment method is linked with the corresponding payment method in the POS console.
Then, for every order where the client chooses one of these payment methods to pay, the order will appear in the cashier linked to a payment method, and you only need to close the order.
Important Note
Leave the following payment methods empty:
Payment Method Cash
Payment Method Card on Delivery
Payment Method Card on Pickup
Reason: When a client chooses one of these payment methods, they haven’t actually paid yet—payment is only made when the order is received (for pickup or delivery).
If we link these payment methods to the POS console, the order would incorrectly show as paid at the cashier and linked with the payment method, even though the client hasn’t completed the payment.
