Why doesn’t Loyalty appear in the Foodics Online Portal Even After Buying the loyalty License?
If you have purchased the loyalty license, but it doesn’t appear in Foodics Online, it is likely because the Loyalty application has not been installed yet in the portal.
Steps to Install the Loyalty Application
Go to Foodics Online Portal
Navigate to Settings → Integration → Loyalty
Click on Install
After installation, the loyalty application will appear in the portal as a field.
Steps to Choose the Loyalty Payment Method
Go to Foodics Online Portal
Navigate to Settings → Integration → Foodics F5 POS → Loyalty
Choose the loyalty payment method you want to use
Once configured, whenever a client pays using loyalty, the payment method sent to the POS console will match the loyalty method you selected.
