Why is the Payment Gateway showing as “None" and No Online Methods
Why does the Payment Gateway appear as “None” in the Payment and Delivery Section, and are there no online payment methods?
If the payment gateway is showing as “None” in the Payment and Delivery section, this usually means that Foodics Online Payment has not been installed yet.
Steps to Install Foodics Online Payment
Log in to the Foodics Online Portal
Go to Settings → Integration → Foodics Online Payment
Click on Request Integration.
Fill out the 3 fields (name, business email, and phone number) and submit the request.
Note: you have to sign the 2 agreements (E-KYC + Foodics online agreement) to approve your request.
After your request is approved, you can use the payment gateway by returning to the Payment and Delivery section. You will now be able to select Foodics Online as the payment gateway.
