Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have an [FlowERP] account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact [FlowERP] to register or click here.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for FlowERP under ERP category ---> Click Install.
3. Foodics will ask you to Authorize [FlowERP] to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize [FlowERP] To Access My Account to proceed.
4. You will be navigated to [FlowERP] merchant panel to enter your [FlowERP] business credentials to sign in.
5. Integration has been enabled successfully.
6. Please share any required mapping (branches, menu group, charge ..etc)

Syncing Data

• Once authorized, you must complete the data mapping:
• Branches (Foodics) → Warehouses / Outlets (FlowERP)
• Menu Items (Foodics) → Items (FlowERP)
• Menu Groups (Foodics) → Item Groups / Categories (FlowERP)
• Charges / Taxes (Foodics) → Taxes & Service Charges (FlowERP)
• This ensures sales orders and stock sync correctly across systems.

Important Notes

• Only Foodics owner accounts can activate the integration.
• Clients must have an active [FlowERP] subscription before enabling the integration.
• Initial sync can take time depending on data size — do not close the browser until the process finishes.
