Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have an [FlowERP] account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact [FlowERP] to register or click here.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forFlowERPunderERPcategory ---> ClickInstall. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize [FlowERP] to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize [FlowERP] To Access My Accountto proceed. - You will be navigated to [FlowERP] merchant panel to enter your [FlowERP] business credentials to sign in.
- Integration has been enabled successfully.
- Please share any required mapping (branches, menu group, charge ..etc)
Syncing Data
- Once authorized, you must complete the data mapping:
- Branches (Foodics) → Warehouses / Outlets (FlowERP)
- Menu Items (Foodics) → Items (FlowERP)
- Menu Groups (Foodics) → Item Groups / Categories (FlowERP)
- Charges / Taxes (Foodics) → Taxes & Service Charges (FlowERP)
- This ensures sales orders and stock sync correctly across systems.
Important Notes
- Only Foodics owner accounts can activate the integration.
- Clients must have an active [FlowERP] subscription before enabling the integration.
- Initial sync can take time depending on data size — do not close the browser until the process finishes.
