WiSHOP
Introduction
WiSHOP is an online ordering and menu management platform for restaurants and cafés. It lets you publish your menu, accept web and app orders, manage delivery & pickup, and route orders to your POS and operations in real time.
With the Foodics integration, WiSHOP securely connects to your Foodics account through OAuth to:
- Import branches, menus, items, variants, options, and modifiers from Foodics
- Keep prices and availability in sync (manual or scheduled syncs)
- Push WiSHOP online orders into Foodics with the correct order type, branch, items, modifiers, taxes, and extra charges
- Map payment methods (online payments vs. cash on delivery) to Foodics payments
- Receive status updates to reduce manual re-entry and keep customers informed

Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a WiSHOP merchant account before enabling the integration. If you don't have one, contact WiSHOP support to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner's email to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forWiSHOPunderOnline Orderingcategory ---> ClickInstall. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize WiSHOP to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize WiSHOP To Access My Accountto proceed. By doing so, you grant WiSHOP the necessary permissions to access your Foodics account and enable the integration between the two platforms. - You will be redirected to the WiSHOP Merchant Portal; sign in with your WiSHOP business credentials.
- After authorization, you’ll be returned to WiSHOP to finalize mappings.
- Complete the required mappings:
- Branch Mapping: Map each Foodics Branch to the corresponding WiSHOP Location.
- Menu/Category Selection (if prompted): Choose which Foodics Menus/Categories to publish online.
- Payment Mapping: Map Online Paid orders to Wiyak (auto-created in Foodics; just verify it’s selected) and Cash on Delivery to Cash (or your COD method).
Menu Sync
You can sync your Foodics menu into WiSHOP at any time.
First-time Sync
- In the WiSHOP Merchant Portal → Settings → Integrations → Foodics, click Sync Menu.
- Select the branches/menus to import.
- WiSHOP imports Categories, Items, Variants, Modifiers/Options, and Prices from Foodics.
- Review imported items and publish them online in WiSHOP.
Ongoing Updates
- Click Resync anytime to pull the latest changes from Foodics.
- Optionally enable Scheduled Sync (e.g., hourly/daily) to keep WiSHOP aligned with Foodics.
- If you edit items directly in WiSHOP, a later sync from Foodics may overwrite those fields—keep your master data in Foodics.
Images & Availability
- Product images are imported when available; otherwise, upload images in WiSHOP.
- Availability can mirror Foodics (e.g., out-of-stock) when enabled in WiSHOP settings.
Important Notes
- Owner Access Required: Only the Foodics Owner account can activate Marketplace apps.
- Taxes: Ensure your branch or area tax settings in Foodics match your local tax regulations.
- Order Types: Confirm Delivery, Takeaway, Dine-in are configured and enabled for each branch in Foodics.
- Payments: Verify your Payment Mapping so online vs. COD orders get crreated correctly in Foodics
- Menu Validity: Only Active items with non-open prices sync
- Promotions/Discounts: Use Foodics console to create promotions for consistent tax and reporting.
- Multi-branch Setups: Map each Foodics branch to the correct WiSHOP location to avoid routing issues.
- Time Zones: Set the correct time zone in both Foodics and WiSHOP for accurate order timing and reports.
- Support: For setup or live issues, contact your WiSHOP support team using the details above.
Troubleshooting (Quick Checks)
- App not visible in Marketplace? Ensure you are logged in with the Owner account.
- Orders not posting to Foodics? Re-check Branch and Payment mappings. Charges are included in each order payload—no charge setup is needed in Foodics.
- Missing items after sync? Confirm items are Active, priced, and not missing required modifiers in Foodics.

Taxes wrong on fees? Verify the Tax Group on the
WiSHOPcharge. - Image discrepancies? Re-upload images in WiSHOP or run a resync if they exist in Foodics.
