How Can Cash Payment Be Location-Based?
The Location-Based Cash Payment Control feature on only the kiosk allows admins to enable or disable the “Pay in Cash” option for individual locations or branches. This gives businesses greater operational flexibility, such as managing cashless branches while still offering cash payments at other locations.
Key Use Cases
1. Cater to All Customer Demographics
Not all customers have or want to use digital payments. This includes:
Younger customers without bank accounts
Tourists
Individuals who prefer the privacy and budget control of cash
How to Enable the Feature
Admins can set up location-based cash payment control by following these steps:
Go to the Apps tab.
Click on the Kiosk App.
Navigate to Payment and Delivery.
Enable Cash Payments.
Choose from the dropdown to enable for all locations or specific locations.
Click Save Changes.
Sync Kiosks from the Kiosks tab (important to apply changes).
