Business Configurations in Foodics
- Ensure your Weevi account is not integrated with any other POS systems.
- Confirm that both your Foodics and Weevi accounts use the same currency.
- In Foodics, create a charge with the following details: Name: Delivery from Weevi (please copy and paste the name exactly as shown) Type: Amount Is Open Value: Yes
- Assign the charge to all branches where Weevi is active.
- Create your branches in Foodics, then proceed to import them into Weevi.
Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have an account at Weevi before enabling the integration, if you don't have an account, contact Weevi team to create an account for you
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage > Search forWeeviunderOnline Orderingcategory > ClickInstall. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize WiSHOP to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Weevi To Access My Accountto proceed. By doing so, you grant Weevi the necessary permissions to access your Foodics account and enable the integration between the two platforms. - You will be directed to Weevi's portal, enter your credentials then Login. If you don’t have an account, click the Sign Up button.
- After Authorizing, you will be taken back to Weevi's website.
- You have successfully enabled the integration.
Menu Sync
After enabling the integration
- Click on Menu tab from the left navigations bar.
- Click on "Actions" displayed in the header then click on Import from pos.
- A popup window will show informing you that the import done.
After that all menu and branches updates are automated through the integration. Any changes done to menu entities in Foodics will be automatically reflected in Weevi.
