Introduction
Roboost is an AI-powered Delivery Management System (DMS) built to fully automate home delivery operations. From the moment a delivery order is created in Foodics, Roboost automatically receives it with all required order details and customer location data, then takes care of the rest, no manual dispatching, or spreadsheets.
Through the integration, delivery orders flow directly from Foodics to Roboost, where they are instantly grouped, route-optimized, and auto-assigned to the right rider based on your SLAs, delivery zones, and fleet rules. Roboost uses AI to decide which orders should go together, and dispatch to the most suitable rider, ensuring faster delivery times, higher fleet productivity, and fewer late or failed orders.
What Roboost & Foodics integration enables you to do:
- Automatically receive all Foodics delivery orders in Roboost with items, customer details, and address/location data.
- Auto-group and route orders for each branch to minimize delivery time and maximize drops per trip.
- Auto-dispatch to the right rider based on skills, proximity, vehicle type, and priority.
- Track riders in real time, control trip capacity, and reduce fraud or misuse with geofences and AI fraud detection.
- Monitor delivery KPIs (hit rate, average delivery time, rider utilization, returns) in a single dashboard and optimize fleet size per branch.

Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a Roboost account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Roboost to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forRoboostunderDelivery Managementcategory ---> ClickInstall. - Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize Roboost to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Roboost To Access My Accountto proceed. - You will be navigated to Roboost merchant panel to enter your Roboost business credentials to sign in.
- After you sign in, authentication starts and takes about 5 seconds for it to be completed. Once completed, you will be directed to your Roboost account
- Integration has been enabled successfully.
Business Configuration in Foodics
- Make sure that all your branches have correct longitude and latitude values.
- Create an order tag with the exact name
Roboostto be assigned to orders that should be handled by Roboost.
How Orders are Sent to Roboost
Delivery Orders will be automatically sent to Roboost when the below conditions are met:
- Order type is Delivery
- Order has customer and customer delivery address
- Order is marked as Ready, details on this are provided in the last section.
Note: Order will not be sent to Roboost if the cashier is active on the order, meaning the order is visible in the cashier screen. The cashier has to either Close the order through full payment or Move to another order
How to mark order as Ready in cashier
- Send order to Kitchen, either to Kitchen Display, or to Kitchen Printer
- If an order is successfully sent to Kitchen, in the cashier register screen, click
MOREfrom the top right corner --> ClickMark Ready.
Note: If order is not sent to Kitchen, the option Mark Ready will not appear.
