Business Configuration in Foodics
- Make sure that all your branches have correct longitude and latitude values.
- Ensure branches have phone number.
Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact FleetRun to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forFleetrununderDelivery Managementcategory ---> ClickInstall. - Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize Roboost to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Fleetrun To Access My Accountto proceed. - You will be navigated to FleetRun POS merchant panel to enter your business credentials to sign in as vendor.

How Orders are Sent to FleetRun
Delivery orders will be automatically sent to FleetRun if they meet the following conditions:
- Have the FleetRun tag assigned to the order.
- Order is Marked Ready from the cashier application after sending it to the kitchen.
- To do so from the cashier application, click More → Mark Ready.
- If an order is paid, use the Pay without close button in the payment screen.
- Orders must remain in Active status until onboarded in FleetRun.
