Introduction

Payce is a QR-based payment solution that streamlines how customers pay across multiple industries including restaurants, cafés, entertainment venues, sports facilities, and service businesses. With a simple scan, guests can instantly view their bill and complete their payment securely from their phones.

Payce enhances the customer experience by reducing waiting times and removing the need for staff to handle payment manually. For businesses, it improves operational efficiency, increases turnover, and ensures faster, more accurate bill settlement.

Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have an Payce account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Payce to register or click here.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Payce under Table payments category ---> Click Install.
3. Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize Payce to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Payce To Access My Account to proceed.
4. You will be navigated to Payce merchant panel to enter your Payce business credentials to sign in.
5. Integration has been enabled successfully.
6. Navigate to the Tables & QR codes page, click sync to synce Payce with foodics

Using The Integration

• Payce provides QR codes assigned to each table in the restaurant.
• Customers are seated at their table.
• The cashier assigns the table to the order in the Foodics Cashier app.
• Customers scan the QR code displayed on the table to view and pay their bill directly from their mobile device.
• Once the payment is successful, the payment amount and any applicable tips will appear in the Payce dashboard under the Transactions section.
• The cashier then closes the order in the Foodics Cashier app and marks it as Paid.
