Why does the kiosk device show “No Branch is Assigned”?
If your kiosk device shows the error “No branch is assigned for the kiosk device”, follow the steps below to resolve it:
Step 1: Check the Kiosk Device Branch in the Foodics Online Portal
Go to Foodics Online Portal → Kiosks.
Select the kiosk device and click Edit.

Check if a branch is assigned:
If a branch is assigned: Simply sync the device again.
If no branch is assigned: Assign the correct branch and then sync the device again.
Step 2: Create a New Administrator User (if the issue persists)
Sign out of the current user on the kiosk.
In the Foodics Online Portal, create a new user with the Administrator role. Here is how to create a user
Assign the required branch(es) to this new user — the same branch assigned to the kiosk device that you want to log in.
Log in to the kiosk using this newly created user.
After completing these steps, the kiosk should function normally.
