Introduction

Wateer is a digital receipts platform that helps businesses replace paper receipts with secure digital receipts, allowing customers to easily access and store their purchase invoices digitally.

Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have a Wateer account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Wateer Support team to register.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Wateer under Digital Receipts category ---> Click Install.
3. Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize InvoiceQ to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Wateer To Access My Account to proceed.
4. After authorization, you will be redirected to the Wateer login page. Please log in using your Wateer credentials. Once the login is successful, the integration link will be established.
5. Integration has been enabled successfully.

Using The Integration

• In order for customers to receive digital receipts, the order must be paid.
• Once the above condition is met, the customer will be able to view their digital receipt in Wateer’s web application. Via the QR/NFC stand.
