Business Configurations in Foodics
- Make sure that Payback account is not integrated with other POS systems.
- Make sure that both Foodics and Payback accounts share the same currency.
- Create a menu group for the integration named "PaybackMenu".
Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a Payback account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Payback to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email. If you log in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forPaybackunderFood Aggregatorcategory ---> ClickInstall. - Authorization page appears. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Payback to access your Foodics Account. Click
Authorize Payback To Access My Accountto proceed. - You will be navigated to Payback integration screen to enter your Cashback percentage & Payback business credentials to sign in.
- After successful sign-in you will leads to Payback portal Login-in, please re-enter your credentials to complete the process.
- Integration has been enabled successfully.
Menu Sync
To sync the menu from Foodics:
- First Sync: After connecting your Foodics account, navigate to the Products section in the Payback dashboard and click Sync Now. This will fetch your current Foodics menu into Payback.
- Menu Updates: Any time you update your menu in Foodics, return to the same section and click Sync Menu to fetch the latest changes.
Important Notes
- The Payback integration requires a valid Payback business account.
- Menu syncing only pulls active and published menu items from Foodics.
