Reporting Financial Fraud
To report financial fraud, whether related to the Foodics Pay ecosystem or otherwise, you must immediately contact the card-issuing bank and submit a formal report via the "Kollona Amn" application or the "Absher" platform. To report fraudulent SMS messages, you should forward the message to 330330, or directly contact Foodics Support via the toll-free number 8001000119.
Steps for Reporting Fraud:
Contact the Bank: You need to immediately communicate with the bank from which the transfer originated to freeze the account.
"Kollona Amn" Application: Submit a formal (Scam and Fraud) report directly through the app, ensuring all relevant documents and evidence are attached.
"Absher" Platform: Fraudulent operations can be officially reported by navigating to: (My Services -> Public Security -> Report Financial Fraud).
Fraudulent SMS Messages: Forward the fraudulent text message directly to the official reporting number: 330330.
