Feddi
Feddi is the AI operator that sits on top of your Foodics POS and your Feddi Wallet. It reads every transaction in real time, drafts your campaigns, flags expiring inventory before your P&L does, and attributes every riyal back to the channel, creator, or campaign that drove it.
You set the policy. Brain runs it. Safe moves ship automatically. Bigger calls arrive as drafts for your approval. Ambiguous ones pause and ask.

Feddi Brain requires Feddi Wallet. The Wallet is how Brain identifies customers and attributes transactions. Without it, Brain has no customer layer to reason about. Install Feddi Wallet from the Foodics marketplace before activating Brain, or install both together.

Enabling the Integration
Note: Feddi runs on success-based pricing. Merchants can self-install from the Foodics marketplace and our team will reach out post-install to finalize commercial terms. If you'd prefer a guided setup, contact us at above contact details.
Installation creates your Feddi account and connects Foodics in a single flow. You do not need an existing Feddi account.
1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email. If you log in with a non-owner account, you will not be able to authorize the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page. Search for Feddi under the Data & Analytics category. Click Install.
3. Foodics will show an authorization screen asking you to grant Feddi access to orders, payments, customers, branches, menu, and inventory data. Click Authorize Feddi To Access My Account to proceed.
4. You will be redirected to the Feddi signup form. Enter:
- First name and last name
- Work email
- Phone number in international format (e.g., +96551234567)
- Password (minimum 10 characters) and confirmation
- Click Create account and continue.
5. Feddi creates your business account, completes the Foodics integration, and signs you in. You land on your new Feddi dashboard at dashboard.feddi.io.
6. Feddi begins ingesting historical data immediately. You will see your first recommendations within 24 hours once enough data has been processed. Branch, menu group, and cost center mappings are auto-detected from Foodics and can be reviewed under Integrations > Foodics if you want to verify or adjust them.
If you already have a Feddi account, the signup form will detect your email and offer a Sign in instead link. Signing in with your existing Feddi credentials completes the install against your existing business.
Syncing Data
Brain pulls data from Foodics continuously. You do not need to trigger syncs manually.
Real-time ingestion (via webhooks):
- Orders (created, updated, voided, refunded)
- Payments and tender details
- Product movements
- Customer interactions at the POS
Scheduled sync (every 6 hours):
- Menu structure, SKUs, modifiers, and pricing
- Branch configuration
- Staff and shift data
- Inventory levels and stock movements
On-demand lookups:
Customer profiles fetched in real time when a cashier looks up a phone number or scans a wallet QR code
All data is used exclusively to power your Brain dashboard, campaigns, and customer intelligence. Nothing is shared outside your enterprise account. Data residency and retention policies are configurable in your dashboard's data and privacy settings.
If you disconnect the integration from Integrations > Foodics, Brain stops ingesting new data immediately. Historical data is retained for the duration specified in your contract and then deleted.
Using the Integration
Once connected, Brain runs in the background. The merchant-facing surface lives inside the Feddi dashboard at dashboard.feddi.io.
What you will see, by day:
- A morning briefing that opens your dashboard with what changed overnight and what to ship today. Not a report. A recommendation.
- AI suggestions for campaigns, triggered by inventory urgency, customer behavior, seasonal patterns, or your briefs. Approve, modify, or dismiss with one tap.
- Customer segments that refresh automatically. Each customer scored for churn risk, lifetime value, and the right incentive.
- Attribution for every promo code, influencer link, QR scan, and paid ad, tied back to real POS transactions.
- Cross-portfolio comparison across brands and branches. Anomalies surfaced before month-end.
Automation controls. You set Brain's autonomy level in your AI Guardrails settings:
- Auto: Brain creates and activates campaigns within your guardrails.
- Suggest: Brain recommends. You approve.
- Manual: Brain surfaces insights only, takes no action.
Important Notes
- Brain requires Feddi Wallet. The Wallet is the identity layer Brain reasons about. Without wallet transactions, Brain can see orders but not customers, which removes most of its value. Install both apps.
- First recommendations appear within 24 hours. Brain needs a small window of Foodics data before producing output. If you install Wallet at the same time, full intelligence arrives as soon as wallet transactions start flowing. If you have months of Foodics history, Brain will backfill and surface patterns from your historical data in the first briefing.
- Pricing is success-based. Brain is included with Feddi Wallet under a unified commercial agreement. Commercial terms are agreed with our business development team after the marketplace install. Reach out at support@feddi.io to confirm terms.
- You stay in control. Every automated action Brain takes is logged, reversible, and bounded by guardrails you configure. Brain never exceeds its own thresholds, extends its own budgets, or ships what you haven't approved in policy.
