Feddi
Feddi Wallet is a branded prepaid wallet your customers top up and spend at your Foodics POS. Every transaction resolves to a named customer. Every SKU is attributable. Cash lands on your balance sheet before you serve the order.
You get three things the day you turn it on:
- Prepaid revenue. Customers load money before they eat. You hold the float.
- Named transactions. Every wallet payment ties to a real customer profile, not an anonymous tap.
- Retention by design. Customers who hold balance with you come back to spend it. Refunds stay inside the wallet.
Feddi Wallet is one half of the Feddi suite. The other half is Feddi Bi, the AI layer that reads your transactions and runs your campaigns. The Wallet collects the data. Bi turns it into revenue. Install both for the full system.

Enabling the Integration
Note: Feddi runs on success-based pricing. Merchants can self-install from the Foodics marketplace and our team will reach out post-install to finalize commercial terms. If you'd prefer a guided setup, contact us at above contact details.
Installation creates your Feddi account and connects Foodics in a single flow. You do not need an existing Feddi account.
- Log in to your Foodics console at
console.foodics.com/loginusing the owner email. If you log in with a non-owner account, you will not be able to authorize the integration. - Navigate to the
Marketplacepage. Search forFeddi Walletunder theLoyaltycategory. ClickInstall. - Foodics will show an authorization screen asking you to grant Feddi access to orders, payments, customers, branches, and menu data. Click

You will be redirected to the Feddi signup form. Enter:
- First name and last name
- Work email
- Phone number in international format (e.g.,
+96551234567) - Password (minimum 10 characters) and confirmation
Click
Create account and continue. - Feddi creates your business account, completes the Foodics integration, and signs you in. You land on your new Feddi dashboard at
dashboard.feddi.io.
If you already have a Feddi account, the signup form will detect your email and offer a Sign in instead link. A single Foodics enterprise maps to a single Feddi account — you can't split one Foodics business across multiple Feddi accounts. This is intentional: Feddi is built for groups, and you'll find it straightforward to add multiple brands and branches inside the one account.
Using the Integration
Feddi Wallet primarily works in three parts:
- Customers load money into your wallet (top-up).
- Customers spend that balance at your POS through Foodics' reward redemption flow.
- You refund orders back into the wallet when needed — including cash and card orders (with Feddi Bi) — keeping the customer inside your ecosystem for future visits.
Customer Top-Up
Customers can load your wallet in three ways. All three feed into the same balance.
At the cashier. The cashier collects the customer's phone number, adds a pre-configured top-up SKU to the order, and accepts payment via card or cash on the Foodics iPad. Balance lands instantly. (Feddi provisions the top-up SKUs in your Foodics menu during install, so they are ready on day one.)
Via payment links or QR codes. Staff can tap Send Top-Up Link in the Feddi Cashier View, and Feddi delivers an SMS or WhatsApp message with a pre-filled amount. The customer pays on their phone with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a saved card. Balance lands when the payment clears. This is useful when the customer is queuing, out of cash, or not physically present. The same payment links and QR codes can also be shared through online and offline campaigns — social media, in-store signage, receipts, and so on — to drive top-ups outside of the cashier flow.
From their own wallet. Customers can open their branded wallet (web, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or your app if you use our SDK) and top up themselves at any time. They can also set up auto-reload to top up automatically when balance runs low.
Top-up bonuses are configurable per wallet program. For example: a "Top up 100, get 10 bonus" promotion — the bonus lands the moment the top-up clears. Feddi is live in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar, and fully supports SAR, AED, and QAR.
Paying with the Wallet at the POS
When a customer wants to spend their wallet balance, the cashier uses Foodics' Redeem Reward flow. From the customer's perspective, it feels like paying with their wallet balance.
The cashier flow:
- Add the customer to the order in the Foodics cashier app, by phone number lookup or by scanning the customer's wallet QR code.
-
Tap
Redeem Reward. -
Enter a reward code. Foodics requires a value in this field. Either:
- The customer provides a code from their Feddi Wallet (they read it aloud, or the cashier scans the QR on the customers wallet), or
- The cashier enters a placeholder value if the customer is present and does not have a code ready.
-
OTP verification. Foodics then verifies the redemption:
- If the code came from the customer's wallet, it pre-authorizes the redemption and the OTP step is skipped.
- If the cashier entered a placeholder, Foodics sends the customer an OTP via SMS. The customer reads it to the cashier, who enters it.
- Close the order. The redeemed amount is debited from the wallet balance instantly.
Split tender. If the wallet balance does not cover the full order, the cashier redeems whatever the wallet covers, then rings up the remainder through Foodics' standard card or cash tender.
Insufficient balance. If the customer wants to top up and pay in one visit, the cashier sends a top-up link, the customer pays on their phone in under a minute, (or pays at the terminal) then the cashier closes the order with a redemption for the full amount.
Refunds
Wallet redemption orders. When an order that was paid through the Redeem Reward flow is refunded through Foodics, the refunded amount automatically credits back to the customer's Feddi Wallet balance via webhook. No extra action is needed.
Cash or card orders. To convert a cash or card refund into wallet credit (keeping the customer inside your ecosystem), use the Feddi dashboard:
- Open
Transactionsin the Feddi dashboard. - Find the transaction and click the
⋯(More) menu on the right. - Click
Refund. - Select the SKUs to refund individually, or choose
Full Refund. - Confirm. The refund credits the customer's Feddi Wallet instantly.
This is one of the core reasons to install Feddi Bi alongside the Wallet. Without Bi, Feddi only sees wallet redemption orders.Feddi BI integration pulls every order from Foodics — cash, card, and wallet — so refunds can be issued against any of them and routed to the wallet.
Managing the Integration
Once installed, you can review and manage the Foodics connection in your Feddi dashboard under Integrations > Foodics. From there you can see connection status, re-sync data on demand, and disconnect the integration. Disconnecting stops data ingestion immediately; customer wallet balances remain intact and accessible to customers through their branded wallet.
Incentive Engine
You can continue to run your existing loyalty programs alongside Feddi Wallet, or use Feddi's built-in Incentive Engine. The Incentive Engine lets you design, launch, and modify loyalty programs using plain-language prompts — describe what you want, and the engine builds it. You can start from a blank slate, or ask the engine for ideas based on your customer data.
Important Notes
- Feddi Wallet is a prepaid payment instrument, not a points program. Customers hold real money with you, not points that expire. If you also want a points or stamps program, run it through Feddi's Incentive Engine in the dashboard. Your existing Foodics-compatible loyalty program can continue to run alongside Feddi Wallet if you prefer.
- Pricing is success-based. Feddi takes a percentage of wallet top-up GMV. No SaaS fee, no per-transaction fee on the POS side. Commercial terms are agreed with our business development team after the marketplace install. Reach out at support@feddi.io to confirm terms.
- You own the brand. The wallet your customers see is white-labeled to your brand. They will never see Feddi branding in the consumer experience.
