Fortis

Enabling The Integration
You need to have an account with Fortis before Enabling the Integration
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integrations
- Navigate to Marketplace page ---> Search for Fortis ---> Click Install
- Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize Fortis to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Fortis To Access My Account to proceed, or click Cancel if you want to cancel the process.
- You will be navigated to Fortis sign - in page to enter your Fortis credentials to sign in, Please enter your login details and click Sign-in.
- You will be redirected back to the Fortis account with possibility to import tables.
- Click Import Tables.
- The integration has been successfully enabled.
Using The Integration
Fortis will provide the QR Codes associated with each table in your restaurant.
- Customers will sit at their desired table.
- Cashier will assign a table for the order via the Cashier app.
- Customers will scan the QR Code displayed on the table and be able to pay the bill.
- Cashier should close the order from the cashier app and mark it as paid.
Important notes
- Orders with discounts on order or product level will be calculated in the total bill price in Fortis but will not display on the breakdown receipt.
- Payments will be reflected on the Fortis dashboard but will not be reflected on Foodics Cashier, This means after successful confirmation of Fortis payment the order should be closed on Foodics Cashier manually and marked as paid
