The Rewards feature in Foodics Online allows you to create reward items that customers can redeem after collecting a specific number of loyalty points. This feature helps increase customer engagement, encourage repeat purchases, and build long-term customer loyalty by offering attractive rewards based on their spending and interaction with your brand.

How to Create a Reward Item

To create a reward item in Foodics Online, follow the steps below:

Navigate to the Foodics Online Portal:

Promotions > Rewards

1. Click Add New Reward Item.
2. Select the Menu where the product is located.
3. Select the Category that contains the product.
4. Choose the Item that you want to offer as a reward to your customers.
5. Enter the required number of points that customers must collect in order to redeem this reward item.
6. Click Add reward item.

Once the reward is created and saved, customers will be able to redeem the selected item once they reach the required number of loyalty points.
