Business Configuration in Foodics
- Make sure that all your branches have correct longitude and latitude values.
- Create an order tag with the exact name SLIDER to be assigned to orders that should be handled by Slider.
Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have an Slider account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Slider to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage ---> Search forSLIDERunderDelivery Managementcategory ---> ClickInstall. - Foodics will ask you to authorize Slider to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Slider To Access My Accountto proceed. - Log into your Slider account
- Import your branches by clicking the
Import Branchesbutton. - The integration has been enabled successfully.
How Orders are Sent to Slider
Delivery Orders will be automatically sent to Slider when the below conditions are met:
- Order type is
Delivery - Order has customer and customer delivery address
- Order is marked as
Ready
Note: Order will not be sent to Slider if cashier is active on the order, means the order is visible in the cashier screen. The cashier has to either Close the order through full payment or Move to another order
If all above conditions are met, the order will be automatically sent to Slider.
How to mark order as Ready in cashier
- Send order to Kitchen, either to Kitchen Display, or to Kitchen Printer
- If order is successfully sent to Kitchen, in the cashier register screen, click
MOREfrom the top right corner -> ClickMark Ready.
Note: If order is not sent to Kitchen, the option Mark Ready will not appear.
