Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have a Nimble account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account, please contact Nimble support at info@nimblepay.co.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at https://console.foodics.com/login using the owner email. If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page → Search for Nimble under the Table Payment category → Click Install.
3. You will be redirected to Nimble setup page where you will be required to enter your API Key.
4. Enter your Nimble API Key provided by Nimble and complete the setup process.
5. Authorization page appears. Foodics will ask you to authorize Nimble to access your Foodics account. Click Authorize Nimble To Access My Account to proceed.
6. Integration has been enabled successfully.
7. Complete any required configuration such as:
   • Branch mapping (if applicable)
   • Menu synchronization
   • Payment settings

Using The Integration

Once the integration is enabled, Nimble will be able to:

• Access your menu from Foodics
• Generate payment links for orders
• Handle customer payments
• Sync relevant data between Foodics and Nimble

You can manage your operations and monitor activity directly from Nimble platform.

Important Notes

• Make sure your API Key is kept secure and not shared publicly.
• Only the account owner in Foodics can enable the integration.
• Menu and data synchronization may take a few minutes after activation.
