AI Analytics Agent: User Guide
The AI Analytics Agent is a conversational data analyst that helps you extract insights from your business data through natural language. Instead of building manual reports, you can simply ask questions and receive instant, actionable data.
Getting Started
To begin using the agent, navigate to the correct interface within your dashboard.
Accessing the Agent
Locate the Tab: In the top navigation bar, click the 'Foodics AI' button.
The Interface: Once selected, you will see a clean workspace with a central prompt that asks, "Ask me anything…"
Arabic Language Support
The Foodics AI Agent supports both English and Arabic.
You can ask questions in Arabic, and the Agent will understand your request and respond in Arabic. This allows Arabic-speaking users to analyze business data naturally without needing to translate queries into English.
Example Question:
ما هي المنتجات األكثر مبيع ًاخالل الشهر الحالي؟
Example Response:
...المنتجات األكثر مبيع ًاخالل الشهر الحالي هي
Tip: You can freely switch between English and Arabic during the same conversation.
Managing Conversations
Keep your workspace organized by starting new threads or revisiting previous discussions.
Starting a New Thread
If you want to move to a completely different topic, it is best to start a fresh chat.
- How to reset: Press the Notepad Icon in the top right corner. This clears the current screen for a new, unrelated question.
Accessing Historical Chats
You never have to worry about losing a past insight.
- View History: Click the Sidebar Icon (top left) to expand the side panel.
- Review: Here, you will find all your passed chats and conversations.
Data Portability & Exports
Once you have the data you need, you can take it out of the platform for external use.
Downloading CSV Files
For every query that generates a table, the Agent provides a downloadable file.
- Action: Click the "Download CSV" button at the bottom right of the data preview.
Use Case: Perfect for local analysis in Excel or uploading into internal reporting tools.
Sample Questions to Ask
Not sure where to start? Try asking the Agent these questions to get a pulse on your business performance:
1. Basket Analysis: "Which products were most commonly sold together last week?"
