Business Configurations in Foodics
Create an Open Value amount charge named exactly FlyThru. Apply this charge across all Order Types and Branches, and assign the appropriate Tax Group if applicable.
Enabling the Integration
Before enabling the integration, please make sure that your Foodics account is not already connected to another FlyThru account.
Note: You must have a FlyThru account before enabling this integration. If you do not have an account, please contact FlyThru at contact@aipathos.com to register.
- Log in to your Foodics Console at https://console.foodics.com/login using the owner email. If you are logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplacepage. - Search for
FlyThruunder theOnline Orderingcategory. - Click
Install. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize FlyThru to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize FlyThru To Access My Accountto proceed. By doing so, you grant FlyThru the necessary permissions to access your Foodics account and enable the integration between the two platforms. - You will be redirected to the FlyThru
FlyThruportal. - Sign in to your FlyThru account.
- The integration will be enabled successfully.
After the integration is enabled, FlyThru will automatically sync your branches and menus from Foodics. No manual branch or menu mapping is required.
Menu Sync
After connecting FlyThru with Foodics, branches and menus are automatically synced from Foodics to FlyThru. Foodics will remain the source for your menu information. Any menu updates should be managed from Foodics, and FlyThru will sync the available menu data for use in the FlyThru ordering experience. No manual menu mapping is required.
Order Flow
When a customer places an order through FlyThru, the order is sent directly to the Foodics Cashier App. After the order is confirmed from the cashier side, it will appear in the Foodics Console.
Important Notes
- You must have an active FlyThru account before enabling the integration.
- The integration must be activated using the Foodics owner account.
- Branches and menus are synced automatically from Foodics.
- No manual branch or menu mapping is required.
- The Foodics charge name must be exactly:
FlyThru. - Orders placed through FlyThru are sent directly to the Foodics Cashier App for confirmation.
