During the initial setup:
- Your wi-Q onboarding team runs a catalogue sync to import your products, modifiers, and menu structure from Foodics.
- The delivery menu is built in wi-Q using the imported products.
- A menu sync is performed to publish the menu to the connected delivery partners.
Ongoing Menu Updates

Make the required changes in Foodics, such as:
- Products
- Prices
- Modifiers
- Other product-related information
- Run a catalogue sync in wi-Q to pull the latest changes from Foodics.

FAQ
Q1. GrubTech is sending orders to my restaurant, but I am not receiving them in the Foodics Cashier application. What should I do?
Please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Step 1 — Check the Orders Page
- Sign in to your Foodics account through the Foodics Console.
- Navigate to the Orders page.
The Orders page displays API orders that are currently in Pending status.
Step 2 — Check for Pending GrubTech Orders
Check whether there are any pending orders from GrubTech.
If There Are Pending Orders
This means the orders have successfully reached your Foodics account but have not yet been received by the Cashier.
Please:
- Make sure all required steps for receiving online orders have been completed, as explained in the Accept Online Orders article.
- Open the Foodics Cashier application.
-
Navigate to:
Home → Sync Data
- Ask GrubTech to send a new test order.
- Confirm whether the new order is received in the Cashier application.
If There Are No Pending Orders
If there are no pending GrubTech orders in the Foodics Orders page, the issue is likely related to GrubTech sending the order to the Foodics account.
Please contact GrubTech and inform them that:
No orders from GrubTech are being created in the Foodics account.
GrubTech should investigate the order submission from their side and confirm whether the orders are being successfully sent to Foodics.
