Customize Your App Homepage
Customize Your Foodics Online App Homepage
You can now fully customize the homepage of your Foodics Online app on both iOS and Android to match your brand identity and preferred design.
The customization feature allows you to control your app’s colors, fonts, banners, menu style, and homepage widgets. You can also use the Live Preview to see how your changes will look before saving and applying them to your actual app.
How to Access App Customization
From your Foodics Online Dashboard, navigate to:
Apps → View App → Customize
Once you click Customize, the app customization settings will appear.
1. General Settings
General Settings allow you to customize the overall look and feel of your app.
Primary Color:
The main color of your app and the primary color used throughout the app interface.
Secondary Color:
The secondary color that complements the primary color and is used across different elements of the app.
App Font:
Choose the font you want to use throughout your app. The selected font will be displayed to your app users.
Popup:
Allows you to select an image that appears as a pop-up when users open the app. Once enabled and configured, the selected popup will be displayed when the app is opened.
Onboarding Banner:
A banner displayed when a user opens the app for the first time. It appears as the first screen during the user's initial visit and will not appear again on future visits.
Menu Card Style:
Choose the preferred layout and style for displaying menu items in your app.
Live Preview:
Click Live Preview to display a preview version of your app and see how your selected settings will look before saving and publishing them.
Hide Preview:
Click this option to hide the app preview.
Save Settings:
Once you have completed your customization, click Save Settings to save your changes and apply them to your actual app.
2. Widgets
Widgets allow you to control which elements appear on your app homepage. You can show, hide, and rearrange most widgets based on your preferred homepage layout.
Banner:
Select the banner you want to display on the homepage. You can also choose to show or hide it.
Order Type:
Displays the order types currently enabled for your business. Only enabled order types will appear in the app.
You can also change the order in which they appear by dragging and dropping them.

Search:
Choose whether to show or hide the search bar that allows users to search for products within the menu.
Categories:
Select the categories you want to display on the homepage, such as your most popular categories.
Click Add Categories, then click the + icon to select the required categories, and click Save.
Popular:
Select the products you want to highlight in the Most Popular section of your homepage.
Click Add Items, select the required products using the + icon, then click Save.
Loyalty Card:
If Loyalty is enabled, you can choose to display the Loyalty Card on the homepage, allowing users to view their loyalty points balance. You can also hide it if not needed.
Digital Coupons:
Select the digital coupons you want users to see directly on the homepage, making them easier to discover and use.
Reward Items:
Select the reward items that users can redeem using their loyalty points and control which items are displayed on the homepage.

Order Again:
When enabled, products from the user's previous orders will appear, allowing them to quickly select and order the same products again.
Cart:
Controls whether the Cart icon is shown or hidden. The Cart has a fixed position and cannot be rearranged.
Bottom Nav:
The navigation menu displayed at the bottom of the app. Its position and order are fixed and cannot be changed.
Rearranging Widgets
Most homepage widgets can be rearranged using drag and drop, allowing you to decide which sections appear at the top, middle, or bottom of your homepage.
Note: The Cart and Bottom Navigation cannot be rearranged because their positions are fixed.
Previewing and Publishing Your Changes
Before publishing your changes, we recommend using Live Preview to check how your colors, fonts, banners, products, and widget arrangement will appear to users.
Once you are satisfied with the design, click Save Settings to apply the changes to your app.
