Deleting Categories

Categories can be deleted with a few simple steps. If a category has a product, combo, or Gift Card, the system will not allow the user to delete the category (an error message will be shown).  

1. Click Menu on the side menu.

2. Click Categories.

3. Click on the category to be deleted.

4. A pop-up window will open where you can click Delete Category at the bottom of the window.

5. Another pop-up window will appear to confirm the deletion process. Click Yes.

Once a category is deleted, it will be removed from the “All” tab of Categories and transferred to the Deleted tab. Delete categories can be restored.
