Filtering Products

If you have a lot of products, you can easily filter them based on few criteria to reach your request and perform any additional actions you like.

1. Click Menu on the side menu.

2. Click Products.

3. Click Filter.

  4. A pop-up window will open where you can enter your filtering criteria:

• Name: Name of product.
• SKU: Unique code for the product.
• Barcode: Barcode assigned to the product.
• Category: Category to which the product(s) belong.
• Group: Menu group(s) to which the product(s) belong.
• Modifiers: Modifiers used.
• Tags: Tags related to the product(s).
• Tax Group: Tax group to which the product(s) belongs.
• Costing Method: Whether the product(s) cost is calculated automatically based on the cost of its ingredients or assigned a fixed cost up front.
• Active: Product status (Yes/No).
• Stock Product: Whether the product is to be sold retail or not.
• Deleted: Status of the product you are looking for (Yes/No).
• Updated After: The last date of updating the product(s) in question.

5. Click Apply.

An updated list of products will show based on your entered criteria. To return to the original list of products, click the X mark in the Filter button.
