Selling Gift Cards

You can sell a gift card to customers through the Cashier app by following a few simple steps.

1. Click the product name associated with the gift card in the menu screen (for example, New Baby Gift Card) under the suitable category.

2. A pop-up screen will open, asking for the code of the new gift card.

3. Enter the code of the gift card (and tell the customer about it or handle it to the customer in printed format), and click Save.

4. Ask the customer about the preferred payment method (Cash, credit card, banking services…etc.) for this order

5. Perform the payment process as requested

6. Click Pay

Now your gift card is saved in the system and waiting for a customer to pay for his order through it.
