Filtering Gift Cards 

If you have a lot of gift cards, you can easily filter them based on a few criteria to reach your request and perform any additional actions you like.

1. Click Menu on the side menu.

2. Click Gift Cards.

3. Click Filter.

4. A pop-up window will open where you can enter your filtering criteria:

• Name: Name of gift card.
• SKU: Unique code for the gift card.
• Barcode: Barcode assigned to the gift card.
• Category: Category to which the gift card(s) belong.
• Group: Menu group(s) to which the gift card(s) belong.
• Tags: Tags related to the gift card(s).
• Pricing Method: Whether the gift cards you are looking for have a fixed or open price.
• Active: Whether the gift cards you are looking for are activated or deactivated.
• Deleted: Status of the gift cards you are looking for (Yes/No).
• Updated After: The last date of updating the gift card(s) in question.

     5. Click Apply.

  An updated list of gift cards will show based on your entered criteria. To return to the original list of gift cards, click the X mark in the Filter button.
