Call Center Settings
Call Center allows you to manage the call center operation and order settings.
1. Click Manage on the side menu.
2. Click More.
3. Click Settings.
4. Select the Call Center.
5. Fill the following information:
- Agents: Select system users who can make an online order.
- Inactive Branches: Select the branches where the call center will be deactivated.
- Menu Group: Select the menu group to view categories, products & combos.
- Inactive Order Types: Select order types that will not be available for call center orders.
- Allow Discounts: Check this box if you want to allow call center agents to make discounts.
6. Click Save Changes.
