Creating Coupons in Bulk

Instead of creating coupons one by one, you can create coupons in bulk to save time and the system will generate random codes per coupon.

Note: coupons can only be applied to order level and not to a specific product in the order.

1. Click Manage on the side menu.

2. Click Coupons.

3. Click Bulk Create.

4. A pop-up window will open with the following fields:

• Number of Coupons (obligatory field): Enter the number of coupons you want to create.
• Name (obligatory field): Enter the name of the new coupon.
• Discount (obligatory field): Link this coupon to a predefined discount that works on the order level (Click here to learn how to create a discount).
• Maximum Uses (obligatory field): Enter the maximum amount of times this coupon can be used.
• Start Date (obligatory field): Enter the date when the coupon becomes usable.
• End Date (obligatory field): Enter the expiry date of the coupon when it cannot be used anymore.

5. Click Save.

The screen will now be updated with the bulk of coupons you created appearing in a table containing several columns as shown in the figure below. You will notice a column called Active to indicate the status of the coupon.
