Editing Timed Events
You can easily update the details associated with each timed event from the main page of timed events as follows.
1. Click Manage on the side menu.
2. Click Timed Events.
3. Click the card associated with the timed event to be edited.
4. Click Edit Timed Event.
5. A pop-up window will open where you can perform your edits on any of the following:
- Name (obligatory field): Enter the name of the timed event.
- Name Localized: Enter the localized name in a 2nd language of your choice.
- Type (obligatory field): Select the type of the timed event:

- Set Fixed price: Product prices are set to a specific amount defined in the amount below.
- Reduce price by percent/amount: Product prices are reduced by a percentage/amount defined in the timed event criteria.
- Increase price by percent/amount: Product prices are increased by a percentage/amount defined in the timed event criteria.
- Activate Products: Products are active in the menu regardless of the defined activation status
- Deactivate Products: Products are not active in the menu regardless of the defined activation status.

- Amount (obligatory field): The fixed price of the product, or the amount/percentage by which the product’s price will be increased/decreased.
- Start Date (obligatory field): Enter the date when the timed event starts.
- End Date (obligatory field): Enter the expiry date of the timed event.
- Start Hour (obligatory field): Enter the time when the timed event becomes active.
- End Hour (obligatory field): Enter the last time after which the timed event is inactive.
- Applies On Days (obligatory field): Enter the days on which the timed event can be used.
- Applies On Order Types (obligatory field): Enter the order types on which the timed event can be used (drive thru, pick up, delivery, dine in, …).
- Priority: Enter the timed event's priority in case there’s a conflict with another event. 1 is the highest priority level, followed by 2, and so on.
6. Click Save.
