Loyalty Settings
Loyalty Settings allow you to decide the different criteria for your loyalty program.
1. Click Manage on the side menu.
2. Click More.
3. Click Settings.
4. Select the Loyalty tab.
5. If you checked the box of Enable Loyalty, the full page will open where you have to fill the following information:
- Loyalty Method: Select to use points or punches.
- Minimum Order Price: Enter the minimum order price to assign the reward.
- Earning Delay: Decide how long (in minutes) it will take to assign the reward to the customer.
- Reward Type: Select the reward to be a discount percentage or a specific amount.
- Reward Value: Select the amount or discount percentage to be assigned to the rewarded customer.
- Reward Required Points/Punches: Enter how many points must be collected by the customer to be eligible for a reward.
- Reward Validity (Days): Enter the number of days for the reward to be redeemable.
- Send Notification By SMS: Check this box if you want to send loyalty notifications to the customer by SMS (In order to be able to use this feature, you need to subscribe and integrate with SMS provider. Click here to learn more about it).
6. Click Save Changes.
