Applying Timed Events for Certain Products
You can assign the timed events to be active for certain products based on your marketing strategy.
Important Note Before You Start
Please ensure that the user has the required permissions in the Console before performing any actions related to timed event management.
If the Timed Event Section Is Not Visible
If the Timed Event section does not appear while attempting to manage timed event in the Console, this is usually due to missing permissions on the user account, especially if the user is not the account owner.
How to Check Permissions
To verify the permissions, please follow these steps:
Go to Manage
Select Roles
Choose the role assigned to the user account
If the Roles page is not visible, please contact the account owner to update the user’s permissions.
Required Permission
Please make sure the following permission is enabled:
Manage Timed Event
Once this permission is enabled, the Timed Event section will appear, and timed events can be managed normally through the Console.
1. Click Marketing on the side menu.
2. Click Timed Events.
3. Click the card associated with the timed event to be edited.
4. Scroll downward to Applies On Products and click Add Products.
5. A pop-up window will open where you can select the products for which the timed event is applicable.
6. Click Save.
Alternatively, you can assign the timed events to be active for certain product tags based on your marketing strategy.
1. Click Manage on the side menu.
2. Click Timed Events.
3. Click the card associated with the timed event to be edited.
4. Scroll downward to Applies On Product Tags section and click Add Product Tags (Click here to learn how to create product tags).
5. A pop-up window will open where you can select the product tags for which the timed event is applicable.
6. Click Save.
