Creating Customer Tags
Tags are an important tool in your Foodics account to categorize and organize the various entities such as customers, branches, orders, products…etc. You can think of tags as a special type of label to filter the entity you want as explained here for Customers.
1. Click Manage on the side menu.
2. Click More.
3. Click Tags.
4. Scroll to the Customer Tag and click Create Tag.
5. A pop-up window will open with the following fields:
- Name (obligatory field): Enter the name of the new customer tag. For example, VIP, or Loyal.
- Name Localized: Enter the localized name in a 2nd language of your choice.
6. Click Save.
Once you create a customer tag, you can assign it to certain customers so you can easily filter them for further actions (Click here to learn how to assign a tag to the customers).
