Filtering Items  

If you have a long list of items, benefit from the filtering feature, which allows filtering items according to specific criteria. Conduct faster inventory decisions based on preferences.

1. Click Inventory on the side menu.

2. Click Items.

3. Click Filter.

4. A pop-up window will open with the following filtering criteria:

• Name: Item name.
• SKU: Unique code for the Item.
• Barcode: Barcode assigned to the item.
• Tag: Tags associated with the item.
• Category: Category to which the item(s) belongs.
• Supplier: The suppliers linked to the item(s).
• Costing Method: Whether the item(s) cost is calculated automatically based on the cost of its ingredients or assigned a fixed cost up front.
• Stock Product: Whether the item is to be sold for retail or not.
• Deleted: Status of the item(s) you are looking for (Yes/No).
• Updated After: The last date you performed an update to the item(s) in question.

5. Click Apply.

An updated list of items will show based on your entered criteria. To show all Items and remove the filter, click the X icon in the Filter button.
