Adding Delivery Zones to Branches
A delivery zone is an area that is identified by optional coordinates to indicate which branch can serve the zone. Each zone can be assigned to several branches and customer addresses.
During Call Center Orders, if a customer requests a delivery, he can only make an order from a branch that delivers in the customer's assigned zone.
1. Click Manage on the side menu.
2. Click Branches.
3. Click on the branch for which you want to add delivery zones.
4. Scroll down to reach the Delivery Zone section and click Add Delivery Zone.
5. A pop-up window will open where you can select the suitable delivery zones for your branch.
6. Click Save.
Remark: You cannot select delivery zones for your branches if you haven't previously created specific zones (Click here to learn how to create delivery zones).
