Linking Ingredients to Inventory Items  

An inventory item can be a mixture or combination of two or more ingredients that are prepared at your shop. For example, House Sauce. 

In order to link an ingredient with an item Item, follow the below steps:

1. Click Inventory.

2. Click Items.

3. Select the transaction from the list.

4. Scroll downward to the Ingredients and click Add Ingredients.

5. A pop-up window will open where you can select the suitable ingredients for your item
You can also add ingredients by their tags instead of selecting items by clicking Select by tags.

6. Click Save.

The ingredients will now appear under your inventory item.

You can add the quantity by clicking on the Edit quantity button or on the ingredient itself.

Remark: You cannot link ingredients to your items if you haven't previously created ingredients for your items (Click here to learn how to create inventory items).
