Editing Branches
You can update your branch information anytime with few clicks.
1. Click Manage.
2. Click Branches.
3. Click on the branch to be updated.
4. Click Edit Branch.
5. A pop-up window will open where you can perform your edits on any of the following:
- Name (obligatory field): Enter the name of the new branch.
- Name Localized: Enter the localized name in a 2nd language of your choice.
- Reference (obligatory field): Enter a unique ID number or code for each branch, or click Generate to give you a ready one.
- Tax Group: Select the group of taxes to be applied on this branch (Click here if you have not defined the tax yet).
- Branch Tax Registration Name: This branch tax registration name.
- Opening From Select the starting hour of the business day in this branch.
- Opening To Select the ending hour of the business day in this branch.
- Inventory End of Day: Select the time of day after which inventory transactions will be added to the next business day.
- Phone: Write the phone number of the branch that can be printed in the receipt or shown in API.
- Address: The text you add here will appear in the section of branch address in your purchase order.
- Street Name: Represents the location of the main entrance of the building.
- Building Number: Four distinctive numbers representing a building.
- Additional Number: Four numbers representing the accurate location coordinates; beneficial when there is no street or district names
- City: The city where the address is located.
- District: Represents the district where the building is located in.
- Postal Code: Your location postal code number.
- Commercial Registration Number: The branch commercial registration number.
- Latitude: Enter the latitude angle of the branch’s location. For example, 24.78657.
- Longitude: Enter the longitude angle of the branch’s location. For example, 46.614142.
- Display App: Select an image to be used as the background image in the display app.
- Receipt Header: Add text you like to appear on top of the receipts of this branch.
- Receipt Footer: Add text you like to appear at the bottom of the receipts of this branch.
- Receive call center and API orders: Check the box so the branch will receive call center and online orders.
6. Click Save.
Alternatively, and to increase convenience and easiness, the system allows the user to copy branch settings from one branch to another by clicking Copy Settings button on the top right corner of the Branch Details Page.
7. Select the branch from which you want to copy the settings.
8. Select the settings to be copied.
9. Click Apply.
