Editing Cashier/Sub Cashier Device Settings
You can update your device settings anytime with a few clicks.
1. Click Manage.
2. Click Devices.
3. Click on the device you want to update its setting.
4. Click Device Settings.
5. A pop-up window will open where you can perform your edits on any of the following:
- Call Number Start: Enter the number of the first order in a business day.
- Call Number Reset: Enter the number in which the order numbering sequence will reset to the Call Number Start when reached.
- Default Order Type for New Orders: The default order type when the cashier makes new orders.
- Disabled Order Types: Select the order types to disable in this cashier.
- Kitchen Print Language: Select the language to be used for the kitchen receipt.
- Auto Apply Order Tags: Select Order tags to be applied automatically on orders coming from this device.
- Send End of Day Report To Email: Enter one email address to receive EOD reports.
- Send Shift Report To Email: Enter one email address to receive opening and closing shift reports.
- Send Till Report To Email: Enter one email address to receive opening and closing till reports.
- Assigned Tables: Select which tables in the device branch should be assigned to this cashier.
- Auto Pair With Other Devices: Check this box to allow the cashier to pair automatically with other devices in the same network in the same branch.
- Enable Barcode Scanners: Check this box to allow the cashier to use a barcode scanner.
- Auto Accept and Send Online Orders to Kitchen: Check this box to accept and send Call Center and API orders to the kitchen automatically.
- Print Online Order Info When Received: Check this box to print Online orders info automatically when Little page is received.
- Auto Send Ahead Order to Kitchen: Check this box to send ahead orders automatically to the kitchen before a specific amount of time.
- Disable Automatic Receipt Printing: Check this box to stop printing receipts automatically after adding order payments or closing orders.
- Use Call Number from Master Cashier: Check this box to have the sub cashier following the same order number sequence used by the master cashier to avoid having duplicate order numbers.
- Print Drawer Operations: Check this box to automatically print a receipt after adding a drawer operation.
- Force Select Price Tag: Enable this setting to force the cashier to choose a price tag.
- Force Select Seat: Enable this setting to force the waiter to assign a seat when adding each product to the order.
6. Click Save.
