General Dashboard

The dashboard is the main page that you see if you have access privilege of the Dashboard Authorities (see User Roles & Responsibilities). The dashboard shows an abstract view of some important aspects of the business.

To access the general dashboard:

1. Click Dashboard on the side menu.

2. The screen directly opens the general dashboard as it is the first and main page with graphs and information.

The main metrics shown on the screen are:

• Orders: Shows the number of orders that occurred.
• Net Sales: Shows your restaurant’s Net Sales.
• Net Payments: Shows your restaurant’s Net Payments.
• Return Amount: Shows the return amount.
• Discount Amount: Shows the discount amounts implemented in your orders.
• Delivery Orders: Shows the number of orders for delivery.
• Dine-In Orders: Shows the number of dine-in orders completed.
• Pickup Orders: Shows the number of pickup orders completed.
• Hourly Sales: Shows the amount of sales conducted within each hour of the day.
• Top Products by Net Sales: Highlights the most ordered product along with its cost according to the restaurant’s Net Sales.
• Top Payments: Highlights the most used payment method along with the amount.
• Top Branches by Net Sales: Highlights the branch from where most orders are completed along according to the Net Sales.

Note: You can change the period of time for the dashboard data: Day, Week, or Month.
