Branches Dashboard

The dashboard is the main page that you see if you have access privilege of the Dashboard Authorities (see User Roles & Responsibilities). The dashboard shows an abstract view of some important aspects of the business.

To access the Branches dashboard:

1. Click Dashboards on the side menu.

2. Click the Branches tab to show the Branches Dashboard Screen with the following information:

• Active Orders Count: Shows the number of active orders in your branches
• Active Orders Amount: Shows the total amount of the active orders in your branches
• Occupied Tables: Shows the number of tables occupied by guests in your branches
• Offline Cashiers: Shows the number of offline cashiers in your branches

3. If you scroll the page down, you will find the Branches Statistics table that shows the following information in each of your branches:

• Branch: The name and reference for your branch
• Active Orders: Shows the number of active orders in that specific branch
• Active Orders Amount: Shows the total amount of the active orders in that specific branch
• Occupied Tables: Shows the number of tables occupied by guests in that specific branch
• Offline Cashiers: Shows the number of offline cashiers in that specific branch
• Open Tills: Shows whether the branch has open tills
• Last Sync: Shows the date and time of the last synchronization process
• Last Order: Shows the date and time of the last order completed in this specific branch
