Call Center Dashboard
The dashboard is the main page that you see if you have access privilege of the Dashboard Authorities (see User Roles & Responsibilities). The dashboard shows an abstract view of some important aspects of the business.
To access the Call Center dashboard:
1. Click Dashboard on the side menu.
2. Click the Call Center tab to show the Call Center Dashboard Screen, which shows information about:
- Active Orders: Shows the number of call center active orders
- Done Orders: Shows the number of completed orders from the call center
- Net Sales: Shows the call center’s Net Sales
3. Scroll down a bit to reach the Agents Performance table that shows information about your call center agents’ performance and order-taking time:
- Agents: Call center agent’s name
- Orders: Number of orders completed by this agent
- Net Sales: Amount of Net Sales completed by this agent
- Average Order Price: The average balance amount of all orders taken from this agent
- Average Order Taking Time: The average recorded time of the phone calls from this agent
4. After Agents Performance, you will find the Branches Stats table which shows analytics on each branch’s call center performance:
- Name: Name allocated for the branch
- Active Orders: Number of active call center orders in this branch
- Done Orders: Number of completed call center orders in this branch
- Delayed Orders: Number of delayed call center orders in this branch
- Net Sales: Amount of Net Sales from the branch’s call center
