Creating Warehouses

Manage all your warehouses easily and efficiently and keep track of your inventory in each warehouse to maintain the flow of your restaurant. To create a new warehouse:

Note: These steps can be done only through the primary owner account.

1. Click Inventory on the side menu.

2. Click More.

3. Click on the Warehouses.

4. Click on the Create Warehouse.

5. A pop-up window will open with the following fields:

• Name (obligatory field): Write a name for the warehouse, for example, Production Center.
• Name Localized: Enter the localized name in a 2^nd language of your choice.
• Inventory End of Day: Set the end of business day time so the system can close automatically.
• Reference (obligatory field): Add the unique code for the warehouse which can only contain letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores.

6. Click Save.

The screen will now be updated with the Warehouses’ details appearing in a table as shown in the figure below.

Note: If the business exceeds the warehouse limit, the user will receive an error message. In that case, the owner or the business representative can contact their account manager or the customer support to add an extra warehouse.
