Returning Items from Purchasing Transactions
Return the items that you have received from a supplier with just a few clicks. This action can only be executed for closed purchasing transactions.
1. Click Inventory on the side menu.
2. Click Purchasing.
4. Click on the Return Items button.
5. A pop-up window will open with the following fields:
- Return Tax: Specify the tax amount to be returned from this transaction.
- Additional Cost: Include the amount of shipping costs or any other costs that will be included in the transaction but are not part of the item purchasing cost.
- Notes: Write down additional notes you might have for this return transaction.
- Items (Mandatory Field): Choose the items that you want to be returned to the supplier.
6. Click Save.
7. A new page will open where you can determine the returned quantity.
8. Click Edit quantities and write down the quantity you want to return it.
9. Click save.
10. Click Return Items.
When you return the items, the quantity will be deducted from the branch's inventory.
