Filtering & Using the Inventory Levels Report
You can filter your Inventory Levels Report to get more specific information.
1. Click Reports on the side menu.
2. Click Inventory Levels.
3. Click Filter.
4. A pop-up window will open where you can enter your filtering criteria:
- Branches: Select branches where you want to make your analysis.
- Categories: Select categories of interest to you.
- Items: Select items to be analyzed for inventory levels.
- Low Levels Only: Select to make your report for low levels only (Yes/No).
5. Click Apply.
An updated list will show based on your entered criteria. To return to the original list, click the X mark in the Filter button.
You can also narrow your results down more by:
- Selecting to group results by branch by clicking Group By on the top right corner.
