Understanding the Inventory History Report
Foodics provides you with different types of analyses to enhance your knowledge of your business operations and to help you make informed decisions. Inventory History report is helpful to preview all transactions done with respect to each item in your branches and warehouses.
1. Click Reports on the side menu.
2. Click Inventory History.
Main columns of the Inventory History report are:
- SKU: Inventory Item Stock Keeping Unit.
- Barcode: If the item has a defined barcode, it will show here.
- Storage Unit: Storage unit of the item.
- Branch: Branch the item is stored in.
- Transaction Type: if it is an opening or closing transaction.
- Transaction Reference: Reference for the transaction.
- Quantity: The quantity used in inventory transactions.
- Cost: The cost of the quantity used in the inventory transactions.
- Reason: The reason for the transaction.
- Notes: Entered by the user.
- Created By: The user who created the transaction.
- Submitted By: The user who submitted the transaction.
- Submitted At: The time the transaction was submitted.
