Drawer Operations Report
Drawer Operations report helps you analyze all transactions made in the cash drawer by each user, including sales, refunds, cash drops, etc.
1. Click Reports on the side menu.
2. Click More.
3. Click Drawer Operations.
The columns of the Business Days report includes:
- Date: The actual date of the operation.
- Type: Type of the operation.
- Amount: The net amount of the operation.
- User: The user who made the operation.
- Branch: The branch name.
- Reason: The reason for the operation if provided.
- Notes: The cashier can write a note for some drawer operations which will reflect in the report.
You can filter your Drawer Operations Report to get more specific information:
4. Click Filter.
5. A pop-up window will open with the following criteria:
- Branches: Select the branches you want information on.
- Reasons: Enter a specific reason for the operation you want information on.
- Type: Select the type of operation you are looking for, such as Pay in, Open Drawer, Return, etc.
- Users: Enter a specific user to get the needed analytics.
6. Click Apply.
An updated list of Drawer Operations reports will show based on your entered criteria. To return to the original list of Drawer Operations reports, click the X mark in the Filter button.
Date selection is also an important filter that the report can be shown through:
7. Click on the Date button at the top right corner shown in the form of Year-Month-Day.
8. A dropdown calendar opens for you to select the day, month, and year.
Once selected, an updated list of Drawer Operations reports will show based on your entered criteria.
